Carlos Alcaraz Compared to Virat Kohli in Viral Clip as He Wins French Open

In the video that is from the 2023 match between Alcaraz and Stefanos Tsitsipas, one of the commentators draws a comparison between Alcaraz’s dominance on the tennis court and Virat Kohli in cricket.

"It’s like watching Virat Kohli in cricket or Michael Jordan," the voice is heard saying.

The clip, though originally aired earlier in Alcaraz’s rise to fame, has caught the internet’s attention once again after the Spaniard’s recent exploits at Roland Garros.

Kohli has made his name with years of consistent performances, fearless attitude, and match-winning performances when it matters the most.

22-year-old Alcaraz is walking on the same path in tennis. He has shone in the sport’s biggest moments, whether it’s Wimbledon, the US Open, or now, the French Open.
