The final venue for the upcoming ICC T20 Women's World Cup 2026 is locked. England, who are set to host the showpiece event in June next year, will yet again start as favorites to win the multi-team tournament. Manchester has been locked in to host the final of the T20 World Cup. The ticket sales for the match will also go on sale on Friday, September 19.
The opening match of the showpiece event will see Australia take on South Africa at the Old Trafford Cricket Ground, setting the tone for an exciting few matches to follow. Notably, England will host the Women's T20 World Cup after hosting the inaugural edition in 2009. They won that World Cup under the leadership of Charlotte Edwards. England have since then not won a T20 World Cup, and will be keen to win next year in front of home crowds.
