Points Table Details

The Women's Premier League (WPL) follows a points table format similar to the Indian Premier League (IPL), where teams earn points based on their performance in the group stage. In the points table, a team earns 2 points for a win, 1 point for a no result or tie, and 0 points for a loss. The teams are ranked based on total points, with the Net Run Rate (NRR) used as a tiebreaker in case of equal points.

At the end of the group stage, the top four teams qualify for the playoffs. The top two teams from the points table face off in the Qualifier 1, with the winner progressing directly to the final. The third and fourth place teams compete in the Eliminator match, and the winner of that match gets another shot in Qualifier 2 to reach the final. The team that emerges victorious in the final is crowned the Women's Premier League champions.
